ARTICLE VII, Page 4, Section G. Election Process, #1
Proposed:
Add sentence to #1: The membership will be given notice 30 days prior to the general meeting.
#1 will read:
1. The General Membership of this Alliance shall elect at the Annual meeting: the President-Elect, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer and Director for a one (1) year term unless otherwise designated in these bylaws. The membership will be given notice 30 days prior to the general meeting.
